Silvia joined STEM in spring 2025 as an analyst focusing on environmental issues. She first gained work experience in marketing and communications in the private sector, and later worked as a researcher at the Charles University Environment Centre. She holds a master’s degree in sociology from the Faculty of Arts at Charles University.

In her free time, she enjoys travelling and discovering new places, attending concerts (from classical music to metal), reading, and raising awareness about the environmental impacts of the textile industry.
