Lucie holds degrees in Sociology and Public and Social Policy. Her career has taken her from academic research to strategic management in the non-profit sector, where she most recently served as Programme Manager at a private foundation. Her long-term focus and professional commitment centre on strengthening democratic institutions, bridging communities and stakeholders, and fostering civic engagement. She moves at a brisk pace — through Czech forests, Italian vineyards, and international gatherings alike — slowing down only for the occasional local gallery, wine bar, or café.
