Kristýna has been a member of the STEM team since December 2024. She focuses on socio-political issues, the labor market, and has a strong interest in gender and mental health topics. Previously, she worked at the Office of the Government, where she contributed to improving Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) and promoting evidence-informed policy-making. She was also involved in projects at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs aimed at supporting gender equality. Kristýna holds a degree in Public and Social Policy from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University.

In her free time, she enjoys discovering new places with great pastries and coffee, admiring visual arts and architecture, taking photographs, strengthening both body and mind, and spending time with the people she cares about.
