Kateřina has worked in STEM as Analyst since 2022. In her previous professional career she gathered experience in both the private and public sectors in order to finally put them to good use in the non-profit sphere. She is broadly interested in socio-economic statistics, and she likes to merge data from different sources. She believes that evidence-based policy is more than just a buzzword. She loves her alma mater, Prague University of Economics and Business, where she obtained PhD in statistics.

She loves chocolate cakes and enjoys beer. To make up for these guilty pleasures, she would ride a bike or go hiking in the mountains. She prefers to walk on foot everywhere, because she thinks this is the best way to appreciate genius loci.
