Hanka specializes in qualitative research. She works with alternative and game-based methods, placing strong emphasis on inclusive engagement across all social and age groups. She has been part of STEM since March 2025.

She studied Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University and Sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. Shortly after graduation, she founded Socionaut, an association aimed at cultivating public space and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

She admires everyone who helps bring life to the regions, and she herself finds her best source of energy in the middle of the Šumava forests.
